SUICIDE

Another person should not make you feel lower than you are because of their unkind and unhelpful words. That just opens up their heart for you to see what sort of words float around their head. Don’t let their words bring you down. You should have your own good and wonderful words floating around your own brain. You should have good things floating around your head, so much, that there is no room for some other persons sad words, which describes them.
Do you have good words about you floating around in your head? If not, right now is the time to put some in. Bad thoughts can leave your mind right now, and good thoughts can stay with you always. Now fill your mind with good things about yourself.

One sentence that should always be floating around your mind is “I can get through this no matter what.”
In the library of your mind, open the book with thousands of pages in it that is there but you are not using. The book is called “I Can.” Even if you feel that you cannot do something, just have a read what is on the pages of that book. The words on every page, in big and small writing, says “I Can.” On every page it is the same thing. I can I can I can I can I can. Even if improving your life may seem difficult to do, at least say “I CAN TRY.”

So how can “I can” help you? Lets start with rape. Rape has happened before. It is not a nice thing. People have been raped for hundreds of years. It does not make it right. Whatever is has already been. Many people have survived horrific rapes and now live happy lives. It was an incident that may have lasted a few seconds. Before the rape you were, most probably, fine. The person who did this to you has mental problems or has no self control over their actions. Every one will be accountable for their actions. This is a law that just happens and comes back around without human intervention, so don’t worry.
What I suggest you do is talk the whole situation (how you are feeling) out of you. Even if you don’t want to tell another person, or you have no-one else to speak to, just talk it all out of you. Even if you are on your own in a room, talk and talk and talk it out of your body and your mind. You will be so surprised at the results. This may just take a few minutes. The only person who understands your situation in detail and in depth is you so talk it out of you. How do you start? You start by saying from the beginning (even if you don’t want to) the two words - I CAN. “I can talk this out of me and move on with my life.”
Once you have talked it all out of you, you can move on with your life. Talk it out of you right now.

Now it is all out of you, what have you got planned for yourself? You know what you like. Some people would just like to look at birds fly or take up a sport or hobby, read a book, travel, create something or even plan out what they would love to do in the future, or from now onwards. There you go. Its over. Once you have talked it out, you can move on now. You are too great to be tied by an incident that was not for you. You are set free from that situation. You are free to open up and walk into and live in a new world. The new world to realising your greatness and creativity. That new world is now!

Any time that old situation wants to try and creep back into your mind just tell it to stop and say “I am over it. I talked it out and I am over it. The door to my past is closed.”
Another two words to remember is “I AM.” I AM is the present day. It is the present you. Not the past you but the now, today, new improved, refreshed you.
Now for the rest of the situations that may make a person think of committing suicide can be dealt with in the same or similar way. For instance, “I CAN sort out my credit card debt.” You are not the only one with this problem I can tell you that. Whatever situation you are dealing with you must realise that you are not the only one going through it. People don’t usually publicly talk about their problems because of embar
rassment or the feeling that they are the only one who is struggling with the problem. I can tell you this. There are many people who are suffering today the same problem as you and have a number of other things to deal with. While you are stressing over your one problem that you think is really major, there is someone else who is not stressed at all with many of the problems they face, coming from all areas.
Think of yourself as a manager over your life. A manager of a company has to manage the whole company. You should be able to manage the company of your life. You must know that, whatever the situation, you can deal with it. Oh yes you can. It may take seconds to come up with a solution or it may take longer but whatever it is, you can deal with it. Just be at ease and in time, the situation should change.

People who believe that they are ugly are living what they believe. I can tell you that some people who believe that they are ugly are more attractive than some people who think that they are good looking. So how can you deal with this? First say “I CAN believe I am attractive.” When you continually say this and believe it then you get to the next step. Now say, “I AM attractive.” When you continually say this to yourself and believe the “I AM,” you become what you say. Next time when you walk down the street, say in your mind “I AM attractive” as you walk. Notice yourself, without your own control, starting to smile. How do you feel now? While on your journey, some people may smile at you as they pass by because your attractive glow shines out.

Even if someone says that you are ugly it does not make that person right. Just bounce what the person said back off you and remember “I AM attractive.” Why? Because you are.
People usually commit suicide because they let outward circumstances affect them. What “society” spews out may well be the cause of many suicidal thoughts. “Society” is full of problems and you are full of solutions. All the worlds solutions start from within a person. You have the solutions for your life in you.
I personally believe a high percentage of people have stress because of their own thoughts. Sometimes, people let a) situations that they have no control over, or
b) situations that have nothing to do with them, they allow to effect them. Why stress over situations that have nothing to do with you? It may be best to leave it alone and concentrate on improving you and your life. Wisdom is needed here as you should understand differences where you could help someone else.
Another problem is trying to be with the “in crowd” or “in fashion” and keeping up with trends, than just being who you are. When you be who you are, you are always in fashion, you are always the in crowd, you always keep up with your own trends, as you will always be you and live according to YOU, not “society.” No stress there.
Stress may lead to suicidal thoughts or the feeling of giving up. So whatever situations you face or have been through, know there is always a solution. Make sure you say,
I CAN change it.” And when the situation ends or even while you are not completely out of the situation, say, “I AM now living in a new wonderful day that closed the door on what was.” Finally, if any problem you have is in your mind, I will show you how you can deal with it. With the problem in your mind, talk it all out into your hand. When you have finished speaking it all out, cover the words in your hand. Now bring your hand with your words all the way down to the floor. Let the words go and stand on top of them. Now say, “That problem is now under my feet. I am in control.”

You can donate as little as GBP 5 pounds for the words you have just read.
